A few days ago we have joined a wonderful campaign in Israel for raising money for charities that support old people and Holocaust Survivors. The campaign is called Veahavta (Thou shalt love) and is based on selling designed items with the phrase – “Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself” where all profits will be donated.
The covid 19 is especially hard on older people. It separates them from their loved ones and causes them great loneliness. The two charities that will receive the collected profits were working diligently to bring light and happiness even before covid 19 hits, but now their work has become even more crucial.
We joined with our existing ring of love that has the phrase – “Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself” written in Hebrew.
